Luis Segundo César Pilataxi Lechón El presente trabajo describe la experiencia del proceso organizativo, la cohesión de los ayllus y su articulación a la organización comunitaria en el territorio ancestral del asentamiento autodefinido como Comunidad Indígena Kichwa Kayambi de San Pablo Urku, en la parroquia Olmedo del cantón Cayambe, provincial de Pichincha. This work describes the experience of organizational process, the cohesion of the ayllus and its articulation to the community organization in the ancestral territory of the settlement auto defined as Kayambi Kichwa indigenous community of San Pablo Urku, in the parish of Canton Olmedo Cayambe, Pichincha. In addition to its history and practices and challenges, the research includes production processes Ayllus ventures in the area.
