El primero, dedicado a los debates inacabados del derecho y la política internacional; el segundo, referido al relacionamiento internacional estratégico; el tercero se pregunta si se está reestructurando la integración regional y, el último. alude a los laberintos latinoamericanos. Por su respaldo decidido en la convocatoria y realización del seminario de este año, merecen mención especial la Universidad de Salerno y el Centro de Estudios Europeos de la Universidad de Concepción. y por su apoyo permanente y compromiso con nuestras acciones académicas, no podemos olvidar a La Comisión Europea, la Delegación de la Unión Europea en Colombia, la Academia Diplomática Augusto Ramírez Ocampo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia, el Instituto Internacional de Altos Estudios Sociales, IIDAES. con sede en lima, y la Red Internacional de Centros Universitarios y de Investigación de Expertos en Proceso de Integración, Integranet. Mi, damos la bienvenida a un fruto más de la perseverancia de la Cátedra lean Monnet de la Universidad Externado de Colombia y de la creciente demanda de estudiantes y académicos —propios y ajenos— de estudios referidos a los principios fundamentales y a las normas generales del derecho internacional y de la integración que, solo en el marco de esta Colección, completa 187 capítulos de investigación.
