Cynthia Montaudon Tomas

Full-time professor at the School of Business at upaep. Since 2000, she has worked as a consultant in the public and private sector in areas of strategic planning, leadership, organiza­tional development, and quality. She currently is a leader of the Observatory of Competitiveness and New Ways of Working at upaep and member of the National System of Researchers (SNI), Level I. Her research interests focus on new forms of working, particularly the effects of remote work, temporary organizations, hybrid jobs, digital dexterity, and uncertainty management.
